We called Peacock asking for our sectional sofa to be cleaned within 3-5 days. While they couldn’t commit to an appointment on the initial call, we had received a call back within an hour with an available opening due to cancellation. Curtis showed up with a friendly smile and a determination to tackle some pretty difficult sofa stains. His passion for this service is evident in the end result. My wife and I were delighted with job Curtis completed on our rec room rug and living room area rug. He admitted he is a stickler for getting good results from his work. To that point, he came back into our house ( he thought he was done until we pointed out a small imperfection) to redo the area rug. Normally the entire job would have taken about 1 1/2 hours but Curtis stayed for 2 hours just to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. And by the way, Curtis was very friendly and even agreed to move some furniture since my back blew out recently. We highly recommend this company because of their superior work and reasonable price point.

We're really pleased with how Peacock Rug Care cleaned our broadloom carpets. Their employee Curtis was punctual, pleasant and very thorough. We were so pleased - he got out stains we thought were permanent. The truck's steam machine does a beautiful job. We'll definitely use Peacock Rug Care in future.
