So we have an ink stain here. There is a number of different inks. Most inks will dissolve under solvents. You get products like Goof Off, Isopropyl Alcohol or even hairspray, which has alcohol. Thats what I’m using here. All you do is just blot it, but absolutely do not scrub it around. You go straight down and straight up. If you scrub it will spread and make it far worse than before. You will see the transfer in your cloth and just keep turning your cloth. Once you see it has faded, you can very lightly twirl the cloth in a small circular motion but still do not scrub. Keep going until there is no transfer. Once you get tho that point, then you can take some three percent Hydrogen Peroxide, the same stuff you find in a store, and just blot it. This will effectively remove the dye’s of the ink. If it is not all gone when you are done, the hydrogen peroxide residual will dissolve the ink dye by tomorrow and that’s it.

We hope this helps you understand How to Remove Ink Stains From Carpets!
